Whitecastle is family-owned and operated in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. We provide service to our local community and beyond. Our goal is to provide exceptional service that meets our high standards of excellence in safety, comfort, affordability, and reliability. With Whitecastle, we always want to know your name and will always treat you with respect. At Whitecastle Tours we believe that minimum safety requirements are just that-- minimum. We exceed recommendations and consistently go above and beyond to make sure our customers are safe at all times while in our care. We maintain proper licensing, insurance requirements, and we support a safe, drug free workplace! Additionally, all our drivers must pass period behind-the-wheel driving evaluations and hold a current medical clearance for driving a commercial passenger unit. In addition, we require ongoing driving training and testing. Your safety is our number one priority! We look forward to providing your group with safe, affordable, reliable transportation for any and all of your events!

Absolutely loved our driver-super nice guy-on time and patient with the kids. Would love to have him again.

The booking process was smooth and easy to do. The drivers were great! Very personable and patient when working with a large group of teenagers! I appreciated our safe and timely trip to Anaheim! The customer service of staff even after our trip was fantastic! We will definitely use Whitecastle again!

My group of seniors have done 3 tours so far with Whitecastle and each one was well received. The 2 drivers we had were outstanding-gave us a perfect trip each time with excellent service. The buses are spotless and had every amenity we could want. We will be using Whitecastle for at least 3 more trips this year

I worked with Kenny to book a bus through Whitecastle Tours to use as a shuttle for our wedding guests. Kenny was wonderful to work with - he was knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. We had a lot of uncertainty with our guest count and Kenny was accommodating and was great at helping me brainstorm solutions. The day of the wedding went so smoothly! I was in a separate car but I heard nothing but phenomenal reviews about Whitecastle Tours and the driver. The driver arrived on time despite the terrible weather conditions and was extremely friendly. He was able to navigate the narrow roads that led into our venue and made sure to drop off our guests in a location that was most convenient for them. The driver was prompt on the return trip as well and we heard that he went above and beyond throughout the journey. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Whitecastle Tours. On a day that was already quite hectic, especially with the unforeseen weather, I couldn't have been more happy that not only did we not have to worry about our guests getting to and from our venue safely, but that their experience was such a pleasant and enjoyable one. Thank you so much to the Whitecastle Team! I'd highly recommend them.
