Whitecastle is family-owned and operated in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. We provide service to our local community and beyond. Our goal is to provide exceptional service that meets our high standards of excellence in safety, comfort, affordability, and reliability. With Whitecastle, we always want to know your name and will always treat you with respect. At Whitecastle Tours we believe that minimum safety requirements are just that-- minimum. We exceed recommendations and consistently go above and beyond to make sure our customers are safe at all times while in our care. We maintain proper licensing, insurance requirements, and we support a safe, drug free workplace! Additionally, all our drivers must pass period behind-the-wheel driving evaluations and hold a current medical clearance for driving a commercial passenger unit. In addition, we require ongoing driving training and testing. Your safety is our number one priority! We look forward to providing your group with safe, affordable, reliable transportation for any and all of your events!

We recently visited Apple Hill with a group of seniors and had a fabulous time. The bus arrived on time and the driver, Anthony from St. Louis, was so professional and immediately established a rapport with our group. I look forward to taking another trip with Whitecastle Tours and heartily recommend this company to anyone who is planning a trip their group!

The busses were beautiful- drivers were early. Most of the trip was fantastic. However, the lead driver did not tell me her GPS was not working so we missed the turn off for Santa Cruz and instead ended up in Salinas- making us an hour and a half late for our event. Luckily the event coordinators were able to move us back a bit but it made us rush incredibly fast and stressed every single member of my band and color guard. Since this was our first competition in two years it made it extra hard for us to do our business. Both drivers were incredibly kind but that mistake really hurt our experience. Hindsight is always 20/20- I wish she had spoken up at the beginning of the trip- I would've had one of us on the map the entire trip.

Nathan was amazing, punctual, professional and got us around safely. The bus was beautiful and clean, and it was super easy to book at a great rate!

What the team and myself enjoyed the most was the quality, cleanness and having a safe trip. Chris, our driver, was very helpful and was there always on schedule! No delays whatsoever. Thanks again for this great experience! Bay Area Panthers
