My overall experience was very positive. They were very informative regarding the process. Communication & follow up could have been a little stronger. On a couple of occasions after the traps for the gophers had been set, I had to call and ask when they were coming back because a week had gone by and I hadn’t heard anything and the traps were still in my yard.
