Earth Smart Construction encountered an unmarked private gas line that did not have any tracer wire. This small nick shut sown the entire job and required City of Tulsa inspection. James with Williams came out to assess the problem and immediately recognized the steps it would take to resolve this issue quickly. He went above and beyond to get our firm back into production. We have used Williams for 40 years and will stay loyal to that firm because of their employees like James.

Stylus was friendly, explained what he was doing as he went along, and worked quickly, and professionally. I hope I don’t have to call you again but if there is a need I will call Williams plumbing again because of Sylus.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Steven and apprentice JT arrived perfectly on time for our appointment this morning, and before starting work checked out the situation and explained needed procedures and their costs; I approved the proposed service plan and all was done in a professional and efficient Manor. To top it off, they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished! Stephen advised me of a few tips and tricks to keep the issues from occurring again, and at payment time there were no surprises (and I would like to say hear that Williams plumbing and drain prices are absolutely on par with other plumbing companies in the Tulsa area). I am very, very please with the service and company overall and I do very, very much recommend Williams plumbing and drain, and especially Stephen, to anyone and everyone and will certainly be using Williams for any future plumbing needs!
