Only challenge was trying to work through the current system for retrieving reports and invoicing. I suppose some of the challenge may have been on my end, but the extent to which I had to make multiple attempts to access data seemed inconsistent with other sites I visit. Report format and content was excellent.

Incredibly knowledgeable and fastidious, took his time and would answer any question I had in detail. Even just a few weeks after a full shoulder replacement he crawled around on that arm to ensure he looked the place up, down and sideways. I doubt you'll find someone better and guarantee you'll feel at peace of mind that you know exactly what you're buying.

Kurt was very thorough and pleasant do deal with. I have a lung condition and caught a major flaw in the initial house we were looking to buy. We ended up buying a different house which he passed with flying colors. His thoroughness really was impressive. I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.
