The absolute worst. I can't speak to the doctors at each particular location, but if you're unfortunate enough to get stuck with their "health plan," I suggest you run the other direction, because even if it's in front of a bus, you'll get better care, regardless of the doctor quality. They limit your care to a point I honestly doubt is legal, (and trust me I've tried to fight this out by involving Medicare, and then Windstone claims they don't limit it, but they go right back to doing it again). I've never had any other plan, ever, ever tell me that I could only see a provider once a month for a med adjustment for extreme depression. They limit your access to your own records, limit your access to even speaking to anyone in power at their offices. It's literally more frustrating than a constant automated system. You will never win, you will never get help, it will make you want to kill yourself if that wasn't already why you sought treatment. Stay as far away as possible. And don't get fooled into a Humana plan, masquerading as Humana BH services, because haha, joke's on you, "in your area" it's actually Windstone. Sorry to be glib, but as someone with actual suicidal struggles, these people have really made my life significantly harder, and I am only being this nice in saying it so the review isn't taken down. These are bad, moral-less people who genuinely do not care if you die because it's better for their bottom line.
