My dog was injured while in boarding here. When I picked her up I asked about it. Nothing. No one knew anything. She wreaked of urine. She developed an infection ruin from the injuries and died less than a week later. Never ever use them
I understand that there is no perfection in life, but to roughly handle a 9lb Yorkie and leave it in a tub with a noose around its neck is horrible. I was truly excited when I showed up yesterday looking at all of the Ribbons, pictures and articles but when I returned to pick-up my dog who was bruised, and traumatized not to mention the directions that were left was not followed who treats a dog that way. If she was a problem call the owner to come and pick up the pet. The owner excuse to me was that my dog was difficult. I pray that No one else has this experience but I will never return to that location.
