Waited 6 months with no communication from Wright CNC. Still do not have our product or a refund. Have attempted to contact them too man y times to count. Long story but to sum it up...avoid this company at all cost! Check out BBB before you think about giving this company any of your money
Buyer BEWARE. We paid over $11,000 in February for a table with a 6-8 week lead time. In June we requested a full refund since they could no longer full fill their end of the business transaction. To date the refuse to give us a refund or even a time line when we can expect one. They are now blocking people on social media, deleting comments, and ignoring demand letter sent via certified mail. We have filed complaints with BBB and FTC. No response from the company.

I Purchased my 5x10 new gen table on January 16 with a expected ship date of end of March. I made half the payment of $4500 and told wright I would happily pay the remaining balance when the table is ready to ship. I received a call in the beginning of February stating that wright cnc was AHEAD of schedule and my table will be shipping early and she was requesting i pay my remaining balance. When I asked when my table would ship she said a couple weeks I kindly stated I would not pay my balance intel the table was ready to ship like I said the first time when purchasing. EVER since that phone call in Feb wright cnc has never returned my call and went totally MIA. Its been over 4 months of calling with not one returned call. THIS is where it all went bad I went on Instagram and made a comment on a picture they posted stating my name and order number and the fact wright cnc would not call me back... they blocked my insta account from being able to comment and totally blew me off.. as of today there Instagram account is deleted and no longer showing up.
Since its been 4 months of wright cnc not calling me back I had to contact my credit card company and I had to opened a fraud claim. which will take two months to figure out. I've talked to many people in my same position having to seek legal action to get money back from wright cnc. When I spoke to the lady in Feb she stated I was the 20th order to be filled with 115 orders as of Feb thats means 95 people are without there orders so far
Sadly, I've had my machine for several months but can not get this up and running. I've called, emailed, DM on social media (comments have been turned off as well) and I don't get anything. I'm really frustrated...I just need the last part to my machine so I can get it up and running. So far nothing from Wright CNC and honestly their actions are showing they do not care about their customer's loyalty.
Great company and I cant wait to see where they go in the next few years.
The option to pay for expedited shipping on replacement parts is a must. I would gladly pay the cost to overnight a part if it means my downtime would be mitigated. This is my only qualm.
