Have used your urgent care for years with great care until today 7-13-21 saw lacy I've had bad diarrhea for a week 4 & 5 times s day didn’t do blood work to see if I’m dehydrated. Went back 7-14-21 made appt on line get up there told them i would like to see if i can get sone blood work to see if I’m dehydrated & the nurse came to the front desk & said a blood test doesn’t show if your dehydrated well I know a urine or blood work does show if your dehydrated & she told me they would t see me again that the Dr was checking my stool for cdif which my understanding its for people that have taken a lot of antibiotics. I haven’t had a antibiotic in years. My PC told me to go to urgent care today cause they couldn’t see me. I just can’t believe they wouldn’t see me cause I had been there the day before when my stomach was hurting & still had a fever & didn’t want to check for dehydration. It was always my go to urgent care but I will never go back there the care is not what it used to be.

In past I’ve really enjoyed dr and nurse staff. This time unfriendly front girl tells you we are busy and prolly a two hour wait than proceeds to tell me about letting a person cut in front of me when I didn’t even ask why. Talking loud like I asked about another patient. I was told I could be put in a time slot three hours later. I just left and came to Tulsa Hills urgent care. I got there at 1:10pm on Sunday July 39, 2019

Went to xpress wellness in sapulpa on Sunday. They close at 7pm, I got there at 6:23. I completely understand they would want to leave on time but I was still refused service. I told the girl at front desk I believed I had a bladder infection and I was in alot of pain. I told her so she would know it would only take maybe 15 minutes or less. ( No one was in the lobby, possibly people in back). She said well it's 6:30 and we close at 7. We leave at 7. She said go to Med Now. I said they closed at 4 pm. She wrinkled her nose and said oh do they. She probably knew that already by her response. She was extremely snotty and could of cared less of me as a patient in my opinion. This was my first experience there and will be my last. I felt like a potential 2nd class citizen. I was refused service and not taken care of. I understand if it was 2 minutes till closing with a lobby full of people. But it was slightly over 35 minutes with no one in lobby but yes, possibility of patients in back. In my opinion the girl in front was highly unprofessional and I will not recommend this place or go back due to her. I have no clue about the doctors. I actually had to sit in my car a few minutes before I could drive because I was crying upset because I was in pain and probably needed an antibiotic and because of the way I was treated. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a medical facility. Check your video cameras. It will show exactly what I said.

I was seen on 02/13/19 for severe dehydration and the flu. I only waited for 20 minutes after my appointment time. Sara the LPN and Peggy the Nurse Practitioner were fantastic. Both were very helpful and extremely compassionate. These two need to be recognized.

They are awesome here. I needed certian paperwork for my job and aflac they were extremely helpful. I spoke with a manager i wish i could remember his name and a lady named Holly Harris she was so helpful and amazing. Waiting room is really nice.

This place is very friendly and efficient. I like the fact that I can call for and appointment or make one online. Been here a few times and the staff and doctors always seem to care and listen to your issue before they check you out.
