I was very dissappointed with them! The receptionist favorite thing to say is YOUR Next!! I waited for 5people to go ahead of me, then left because I was tired of waiting! I even signed in on line for an app!! I was there twice that day and she kept saying your next!! 5 more people went before me! So I just told her to forget it and left!!! Drs.might be good but that receptionist just flat doesn't care! She wasn't nice at all..

We use to like taking our family here for bacterial infections ect. The last few times, they seem not very kind at the front desk. Tablet sign in gross/spread illnesses to other patients. (P. A.)He was not good with our little boy. He seems annoyed and did not communicate to us well about the readings of temperatures, heart rate, ect. Our son was running fever, coughing, green mucus, congestion, and two red inner ears one starting to bulge, not eating, not sleeping well and Jared Conatser did not want to give our 1 1/2 year old antibiotics. We had to ask him for meds. He acted as if he did not understand children at all. Not pleased with the quality of the office the last two visits. Not to mention the P.A. was a man wearing pink shoes.

The blonde woman at the front is very rude and seems almost annoyed with patients being there. While my child and i were there waiting to be called back to finish our paperwork i noticed her playing on her phone several times. I asked for an explanation about some paper work and was blown off and told to sit back down and they would explain it to me later. I left and took my child to er. Will not be back. This is the second run in I've had with this horrible woman. It was a nice facility before she started working the counter.

I was very pleased with my visit to the Shawnee office. From the online appointment booking, the personable office staff, to the thorough care of the providers. I would recommend their office to anyone. And I'm confident that I have a source of care that I can use while I'm visiting the area during my winter stays.

I have been to the Shawnee location several times only b/c there are lack of options in a smaller town. They take forever, close to two hours every time, even if you check in online. The staff is not friendly at all and almost seem annoyed with you for being there.its really unfortunate because it’s a nice facility and these this would be so easy to fix.

As usual number one overall very short waiting time best staff they're always friendly and kind and as far as the Physicians their first class number one. my search for good doctors is over I have found the best right here in Shawnee keep up the good work you're number one in my books.

Both receptionists were sweet, kind and very patient. The nurse who assisted me was very attentive and took her time with me. The PA was very attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.
