Very clean facility. The staff was very courteous. My scheduled appointment was on time. The NP explained everything in a manner that I could understand. A very nice experience.

I was having a pretty nasty asthma attack and was treated within minutes of arrival even though my appointment wasn't for another half hour. These professionals are the real deal! Compassionate, thorough, respectful and attentive! Would recommend them to anyone!

Online check in is basically the only way to get an appointment. And even then, I was 2.5 hours out before getting in. But it is helpful being able to check in and not sit in an office for that long. Wait wasn't terrible (it was explained that someone was getting stitches and I was okay with that. Their injury was more important than my nausea in my opinion). Staff was apologetic as well.
