This is an amazing program!

My son LOVES his school and all of his teachers there. You can tell they are all very passionate about teaching. My son has learned so many things from these wonderful teachers. From sign language as an infant to manners, empathy, colors and counting as a toddler. I can’t wait to watch him continue to learn and grow at his school.

Everyone has been knowledgeable and kind. I love the daily updates!

Our son has been with Yellow Brick Road for two years now and we couldn't be happier! He has formed a real relationship with many of the staff, and he has even started asking why we have to stay home on the weekends! He always has something new to teach me about and is always so excited to tell me about his days there. I can't imagine ever sending him anywhere else!

I have never "fell in love" with my child's caretaker so quickly. I took the free tour and signed up immediately. The staff is friendly and building feels comfortable the minute you walk in the door. I know my boys will be safe, well taken care of and have a great day EVERYDAY! Take the tour you'll love it too!!

My children were both at Yellow Brick Road (YBR) before they started elementary school. My youngest was there from the time she was 9 months old until she started kindergarten. And my oldest was there from the time she was 2 years old through the time she started kindergarten. Prior to coming to YBR, they were home with a nanny. As any working mother knows, choosing a child care option is a brutal process. It's expensive and you're considering strangers to watch your children. I remember that feeling of uncertainty and stress. I also remember how quickly my kids settled into YBR and how genuinely different it was than other centers. The owner and directors have been committed for many years to caring for children. It is owned by a family who is greatly invested in their business and knows what goes on, day to day. (This is a big difference from the corporate chains.) I don't recall one bad experience with my kids at YBR. The staff was loving, communicative, approachable and attentive. Further, my kids were more than prepared to start kindergarten. Both of them transitioned academically and socially with no problems, ahead of most of their peers. This rating was unprompted by YBR. I was looking at their new web site to pass along information to my cousin and saw that I had an opportunity to publicly rate them. Hands down, they are the best option for the western suburbs.
