Got exactly what I ordered, which I couldn't really find anywhere else, for a great price, and overall I'm very happy. I do wish it had arrived sooner, but that's the only thing approximating a gripe that I have.

Cancelled a pre-ordered game. Awesome overall experience, and the CSR who answered the phone was very curtious and pleasant; and it was so nice to talk to a person immediately and not to have to navigate a phone tree, that has...wait for it...changed recently. I also received a timely refund, Only downside to an otherwise overall great experience, was that the person who helped me did not know how the refund would be executed, and more oddly would not confirm I would get one, something like that - and who knows I probably misunderstood what was being said. Anyway, so think of it as an "A" instead of "A+".

It would have been nice to get the pre-order DLC for MKX but the price couldn't have been better. Highly recommend!
