I have order two games from zips and could not be happier :). They always have great deals on all games and always communicate with you which is nice. They are now becoming the place I go for any new games that come out. Thanks to all the people who work at zips for making my experience great and turning me to a customer for life :)!

Great value and quality. It took a few weeks to get my order. My item was on back order. It was unfortunate that I was not informed before I placed my order that the item was in back order. I will continue to use Zip's Video for future purchase.

I was a little hesitant to order from Zip's because I have never heard of them before. I couldn't beat the price they were offering, so I took a chance. I really happy I did because everything was great. I received the game fast & it was by far the cheapest price anyone was offering. I'll defiantly be ordering from them again. Thanks for everything.

Wow there aren't many honest mom and pop stores that sell video games anymore . To be honest with Zips Video Game I thought it would be some kind of scam. Boy was I foolish! One look at their facebook page and I thought "well why not?" . The service is incredible. Who im assuming is the owner "Mitch" provided me with incredible service. Every question I had was answered within the same day! Don't even worry about ordering something out of stock. Once its in they will send it first class in a very secure package . Trust me when I say this is a great business. They deserve all the stars I can give.
