They treated us like family… They were honest, upfront, thorough, and fair. We were satisfied each time we went ( 2 oil changes, and 1tune-up) …. Susan has a heart of gold. Tobias is one of the coolest guys you’ll ever meet. Abdul is So calm, relaxed, and patient. You can’t ask for a better group of people to work on your car. Awesome!!!!!

We always love coming to Zip Zap Auto! I used to search online for coupons and would go wherever I could get the lowest price for an oil change. Now I just come to Zip Zap Auto. I know I’m not going to be upsold or surprised with extra costs, and I trust them to give honest feedback. That is worth every penny!! (I’ve had minor issues where they were great about telling me exactly what I could postpone repairing rather than trying to scare me into paying to have work done.) And of course… the free cookies/ice cream/beverages and comfortable lounge area are a huge plus. It’s so nice not to have to wrangle bored, whiny children in the waiting room! My kids actually beg to come with me and consider it a mini “date.” If you haven’t been in yet, you haven’t found your new go-to auto shop. (And they DO offer discounted services in exchange for reviews, but that’s just another perk! There is no requirement to leave a GOOD review to earn the discount; this is my honest opinion.)
