Zoetic Solar

We have enjoyed our experience with Zoetic thus far. They are knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, thorough, fair and have the best deals. They have been trustworthy thus far. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

so far, our experience with Zoetic, Solaroo and Auric Energy has been great. The installation of our solar panels and the conversion to a solar grid has proceeded as advertised and we are thus far very pleased with the process.

Working with Zoetic has been an excellent experience. Starting off, the Zoetic rep was very friendly and patient explaining the process of going to solar. Zoetic utilizes one the top panels available with inverters on each panel to make the system more efficient. Within two weeks of signing up the additional attic insulation was completed and the installation team did a great job. Going through the permitting process was much simpler than I had initially thought because Zoetic handled everything. I was kept informed throughout the process and copies of the permits we're emailed for my records. I always received a quick response via email or phone when I had questions. Once everything was approved, the panel installation was scheduled and the team showed up on time and were very professional. They asked questions prior to installing the attic fan to ensure it was in a location I wanted and were careful to ensure nothing was below them in the attic prior to cutting. Upon completion of the solar panel installation, the panels look very clean on the roof. Shortly after Xcel Energy connected the meter and our Solar System was ready for use. The only part that could have been improved was the time between signing up and installing the panels, it took about 5 months. However, as I said earlier Zoetic was always very quick to respond when I reached out. The process from my point of view was very simple and easy. The final installation looks great and the quality of the work is excellent. I am very happy with the result and now we have a top of the line solar system with additional attic insulation and an attic fan to help make the house more efficient. I would highly recommend Zoetic to others and would use them again.

There's months of silence between when we signed the paperwork and the actual solar panels are installed. That's fine -- we don't get charged until the panels are installed and working -- but an occasional update on the timeline would be appreciated.

Great experience Casey and his team were excellent did everything they said . Had a ok experience with solar city in the past but you guys were awesome .

Everything we have done with Zoetic has been outstanding. They have been very open from the very first day the Rep set foot in our house. I have nothing bad to say about the Company. The only thing I would recommend is updates a little more often. I know it is a long process but I would like an update even if things are still the same from the previous update. Just being picky! Great Company!
