Started off as a great referral experience to have a condo unit I have painted white. The team who was assigned to my house started & after over 10 hours said they were done, upon checking the work it was terribly done. Upsetting since they decided to dance around my house all day after reviewing the camera footage. They were assigned to paint all the walls and overlapped in multiple areas onto my ceiling and and left many areas with paint still showing through. They left paint on my appliances, light fixtures, counters, stairs, and outside turf. I emailed the owner Kevin whom I though was a professional man at the time, saying the only resolution was to paint the ceiling too. Day 2 The second team arrives with no paint! We have a 3 way call with Kevin and all agree the ceiling needs to be painted too. Day 3 arrives and the team shows up again, has a paint color that was not discussed or approved for my ceiling, we were all in agreement to paint my walls and ceiling the same white. Per the Painter, Kevin took it upon himself after our 3 way call to change things without my approval. Highly annoyed at this point I call Kevin and, he goes completely off on me.. telling me I am not walking away from this job and threatens a LEAN ON MY PROPERTY if I try to. Firstly, I never wanted to walk away from the job I just wanted my house white like I hired them to do. Secondly, how unprofessional and how dare him given the work & experience that was done by his company. He then shows up and tells me, well we can paint the ceiling how you want it, for an additional cost. He was so busy not wanting to accept ownership that they screwed up the from the start, that In the end it was all about the money factor but never said that In any conversations prior. I agree to the up charge and Day 4 arrives and everything gets painted the color I asked. There are still some inconsistencies, but I do not have the time to keep playing games with this company. They damaged my over $200 light sconce the first time got paint on it, and the second team scratched up the acrylic with a razor. Luckily the company covered the on sale price of $139. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company and if you go with them, DEMAND Carlos as the team who does your work. I could have done the same job myself over 4 days and half the cost! LESSON LEARNED!
