The staff is so helpful and kind. I purchased memorial ornaments. I gave one to each of the grieving family. Not only were they touched by the gesture, they said their loved one used to give them an ornament each year. Without Dolores help, I would not have been able to give the Merry Christmas from Heaven ornaments while everyone was in town. Get customer service!
