I had a horrible experience dealing with Rodger Smith. He quoted me 50k to remodel my home and without authorization, he has tried to charge me 90k for the job and ended up putting a lien on my home. We even signed a contract for 50k and he has refused to accept any responsibility for this error. He also said the job would only take 4 months, it ended up taking a full year! This has been a horrible experience and I would never recommend rodger to anyone else. He clearly has tried to take advantage of me and the worst part about it is he refuses to take any accountability for his innacuate bid and misleading information

Worst place ever. They force you to create a profile with their company just to cash a WesterUnion transactio. AC is not working, their system is super slow so it takes them forever to do anything, they dont have high denomination bills and to top it all of their customer service reps are terrible, they dont answer any question about why do you have to have a profile with them just for a cash out. Do not come here

Went on may 21 2024 got 2 coffees 2 sandwiches almost 40 dollars and the sandwiches were ice cold soggy and disgusting insane pricing for sub par food gross... Will never return

A single man freshly out of college is totally gullible in the hands of the moving companies. Luckily, I put my trust in a company who does the job brilliantly without trying to rip you off. My friend had hired Jackson movers months before my move and he suggested that I talk to them. They gave me a very reasonable quote to relocate my belongings. I was well aware that the initial quote was only an estimation. Anyways, their movers all arrived in time equipped with so much packing materials. I didn’t want my relocation ending up costing me a fortune. My belongings arrived safely in my new apartment and the movers helped me unpack. They even offered to assemble my bed for me. Then the foreman handed me the final bill. It was the exact amount they quoted. I was over the moon!

These movers really impressed me. They were super careful with my stuff and wrapped everything up nicely to prevent any damage. The team showed up right on time and worked efficiently to get everything loaded onto the truck. Plus, they were really friendly and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend These Movers to anyone looking for a smooth moving experience.
