When I called Jackson movers for a quote to move my belongings, they gave me a very good price. Their men arrived right on time and started packing everything carefully. Everything was going well. But they failed to deliver all my belongings on the first scheduled date for some issue with the storage facility. I was very much taken aback and got really worried. I had to sleep on air mattresses for 2 nights. They finally delivered my belongings 2 days later. As I checked the inventory, all my belongings were there in good condition. I was happy with just that but then I saw that they have given me a discount as an apology for the late delivery. I couldn’t believe such a good gesture still exists. I have no complaints for the late delivery now.
