Dollface fitness is an awesome program. The challenges are for all levels whether you are a beginner or advance. As far as products, the slimming vest is my favorite. It makes me sweat alot during my zumba workout. I love everything about this program. This program changes not only the body but it will change you into a BETTER and happier you physically and mentally because of Adrienne and the support you get through your doll sisters with the challenges.
