Not impressed at all - very similar experience to many of the honest 1 and 2 star reviews on here or Yelp - understand a lot of their 4 and 5 star reviews are from fake accounts or accounts companies can hire that simply get paid to leave reviews. There's confusion as to what they actually do and I will tell you. You hop on a call with a closer - and they over promise and under deliver to get you to sign up. From the time I signed up, to getting weekly bombomb drips, to monthly emails, I would say I dealt with 5 different people over 4 or so months. Then, I paid a larger fee after 30 days, and then monthly for 2 people. You also sign up with Identity IQ - and pay a monthly fee so once a month your credit reports are tracked. They send nice long winded emails monthly. You get a bombbomb drip video series of 5 to 10 year old videos that last a minute or two - aka, pay down a card, dont have high balances, use our affiliated companies, etc. Supposedly once every 35 days or so - they will send 3 letters - one to Experian, one to Equifax, and one to TransUnion. I say supposedly as they do NOT send it via certified mail - so, its not tracked and there's no proof. Completely wrong to do it this way. They do not dispute: Names or variations, addresses, phone numbers, things you really want to address to make sure they are accurate. I would never let these people negotiate on my behalf for debts, so from most of comments from these people, didnt work out well. Their entire schtik is this: They send snail mail letters, to the 3 CRA's, send you a once a month email, you can supposedly talk to your "rep" on the phone, and they snail mail for another round. When it became clear to me thats all it was - I did all the leg work on my 2 credit reports - I sent certified letters, I filed with the CFPB, I did all the dirty work to improve one profile considerably on the other is a work in progress. If you cant walk or chew bubble gum at the same time - I guess a place like My Credit Girl is right up your alley - if you are serious about wanting better credit, can watch a few YouTube experts, put in a few hours a week, do it on your own - or, get a program like Credit Hero for $150 +/- a month and handle it all on your own and know its actually done - they are literally plug and play. I give reviews based on what I paid for and performance - and 1 star is what my experience was on 2 paid profiles - would not recommend in the slightest regardless of what their retort will be of how high our scores got or how I didnt do as they told - they are a churn and burn credit mill of low quality.
