Great concept! Lousy product and horrific customer service. My husband purchase the Automatic Turkey Large Chicken Door Plus Solar Module Bundle last year and has had nothing but trouble with this $400.00 product. Numerous emails for assistance always he didn't do this right or that right. The battery never would charge off the solar (which we had our solar tech check while he was here, since we have solar on our home) and he assured we it was fine. Jim finally sent out a new battery even thought the battery would take a charge but not stay charged with the solar. My husband finally had to switch the batteries because neither one would stay charged with the solar. Constance issues with the door getting stuck. It finally after 6 months of installation stuck half way down. By that time my husband was so sick of trying to make this SO CALLED AUTOMATIC DOOR work properly left it open and disconnected the battery. As far as he's concerned do yourself a favor, save your money because this product isn't worth all the headaches and frustration, especially since the company feels it's all your fault the door doesn't work and won't take responsibility for the fact that maybe there is a problem with the electronics of the system. I went to do a review on Coop Tender's website but I see it no longer allows review. I wonder why?
