SUPER FAST WITH RESPONSES, there was an issue in shipment when i order my booty pillow, boards and foams, purchased 10 days before my surgery day , the day of surgery still never recieved package, was freaking out, i emailed them , within minutes i had the ceo message me back with a solution, was via text with an employee The Whole day and they were able to have my pillow waiting for me right after my bbl procedure, and they threw in a free gift due to untimely delivery service. Was super happy i didn’t have to wait days for my product even after original shipment error, love my boards and pillow A++ can’t wait to order my lipo rollover next , highly recommend, and the prices are awesome
