Contacted Shamrock Overhead Door for a potential repair to my overhead unit. Spoke with Josh to describe the problem and without any assurances of winning my business Josh was candid regarding what might be the issue and his proposed solutions if he was right and what the fix would require. After a lengthly conversation seemingly about garage door mechanics and informing me of what to consider/be cognizant of we set a service appointment up. Josh informed me who the technicians were he would be sending to the job and their unique strengths. On the actual service day both technicians were professional and clearly very skilled at their craft - able to perform intended services and easily adapt to the unexpected. Both took the time to explain what they were looking at and demonstrating the differences that each piece of equipment would perform or potentially fail in.
