Robert Berger is an excellent trainer and has years of knowledge and experience. When I was experiencing back pain around 10 years ago, he developed an exercise program for me to help strengthen my body so it could better support my back. When I faithfully do my exercises I have less back problems and none of the headaches that I used to have. He's a great guy and instructor.
