This door and accessories has never worked dependably from the start. Have the large chicken door, accessory module, wifi, solar and predator module. Installed fairly easy, seemed to work in the beginning with the door but accessory module not dependable with lights on and off and predator module very sketchy. Wifi is horrible with reception, installed hi gain antenna that helped some but unit still goes offline quite a bit. Have emailed support multiple times and usually get a response back next day, but it's always a problem on my end and never with the equipment! Door will stay open at times and not close or open, lights wont turn on most of the time, if they do, then can't turn them off without going out and shutting the whole system down. Chickens are getting locked out due to door being haphazard with closing on schedule. Don't waste your money or time with this company or product. Any possible problem without and it will always be a problem on your end.
