We brought my 2021 CRV in for a 1 1/2 hour hitch installation and had a scheduled appointment. 3 hours later we are still here and they say they are only half done with it. They knew we were waiting and even called me at 12:30 stating the would be late and done at 1:30. We are so upset. We would have made arrangements to leave it and come back would we have known this would take so long. We DO NOT recommend Markley Honda for service and will never return here again. I am afraid to see their job now... will provide an update on quality of job. UPDATE: Just got home after 4 hours of waiting to have this 1 1/2 hour job done. I am so disappointed! Although I think the hitch was done correctly, I now have damage to my UNDAMAGED bumper! You would think that the Dealership would take care of their own brand! I just can't win with this! I wish I never took my car here! I entered with under 7000 miles and NO damage to under 7000 with a damaged bumper! They should not have service available at this Honda location! I AM PUTTING OUT A WARNING - Do not bring your vehicle here if you care about it at all! Think they will install a brand new bumper on my CRV - VERY DOUBTFUL! I'm just sick to my stomach.

I started working with Gary Ihle a little over a year and a half ago. I needed the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. Gary patiently and diligently kept his eye open for a vehicle for me that not only filled the need but far and beyond was the vehicle I wanted! I purchased a 2014 CRV. MY Experience with other dealerships has been grueling, arduous, and very time consuming. Not only did I get the vehicle I had ways wished for but the price I wanted too. In a timely manner as well. Everyone there was polite, professional, and so incredibly helpful. I didn't feel like a little fish surrounded by sharks. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in all my 53 years. I will make my next purchase at Markleys. I've got children and I feel confident in bringing them to Markleys!! Thank you Markley Motors for being a dealership with integrity!!! I'll be back!! Kenny
