I’ve had Emery do work at my house in the past and the quality was good. In the spring of 2020 I paid Emery to do a large project for me at my home, $10k+, paid him in full to get it done before his upcoming project started. He started parts of the project, had to badger him for months to get him to come back and keep working on it. He didn’t complete one single thing on the list, he literally left every single thing he started partially done. Approximately $2k-$3k worth of work was started (not completed), that’s being generous, and he never came back. He had ample opportunities to make it right, told me he’d reimburse me for what wasn’t done to avoid me taking him to court, I never saw a dime. Don’t take the risk with Emery Staten, he has zero integrity.
