Recently, I spoke to Alonzo Craig, who works for Edge Fitness Club, Area Director of NJ/PA/DE. He contacted me in regards to an issue I had at the Delran location. After cleaning off of a treadmill that I was using, the machine started to run as I was disembarking it. The heal of my sneaker got caught, causing my heal to rip. His resolution was to give me three free months for my membership. The value of this would be $45. The cost of my sneakers are $150. This doesn't quite resolve the issue. When I asked him who is Supervisor is, he said that there is no one above him. I guess he owns the company. The right thing to do is either refund me for my sneakers or provide 10 months free membership. This is bad business.
the business corporate knowingly defrauded me of 300$ in the past 3 months after I wrote them the cancellation letter that they asked for they never referred this cancellation request to the gym and proceeded with exuberant late fees
