Thomas Pool Service

Thomas Pool Service was friendly & timely, at first. I cancelled my service with Thomas, as I decided to maintain my own pool. I respectfully cancelled my service & Thomas agreed to send the remaining balance owed to me. Unfortunately, he never did. He did not respond to polite texts or voicemails. I was extremely patient for 3 months, with no response from him. I then decided to inquire with the Better Business Bureau & Nevada Consumer Affairs to see if they could assist me with this reimbursement as it became the Principle of the Matter. He did not respond to either business and their multiple attempts to contact him. I do not understand why he refuses to reimburse money for a service that he did not provide, especially when he agreed to it. I no longer desire any reimbursement from him, but I felt compelled to share my experience, as it was very dishonest & poor customer service.
