The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and will find a way to make a particular exercise easier are harder, depending on what your needs are. The place is very clean. I love the fact that we wear our own personalized heart monitors while we workout! When I am not working hard enough, it is reflective on the screen in front of us, if I am working too hard, it tells me to slow down...this is VERY effective in reaching your goals.
