I fell in love with this fitness concept in another area and am super excited that it is available to people here locally now. The hour classes fly by and the results in my improving cardio and strength conditioning have been remarkable. I have had no issues with back and sciatica for months where that was a chronic issue for years. I'm getting my money's worth and then some on savings from less visits with massage therapists and chiropractors.
