I would highly recommend General RV to everyone. The General RV in Mt Clemens took care of every detail from start to finish. From turning in our old 5th wheel to our final walk through of our new one. They were there to answer every question and any concerns. We are so excited about our new home, can't wait to go on our first camping trip in May.

I talked to Tyler on 03/11/14AD and I purchased a Dometic Slide Out Cover; he was very efficient and friendly. He was easy to work with and competive with in a few dollars of my best internet number. The first of two shipments arrived on Monday(10th) and the second should be here today or tomorrow. Last year, I talked with Ryan Wright in sales, about purchasing an OpenRange 386 or 430 Residental and he also, really excited my expectations. Later this fall, I hope to purchase a 430 in a 3X model, if it is available or a Residental. I also talked with Bryan Sinatra on March 7th and he was knowledge and pleasant.. I am in sales and I appreciate a well trained staff.

For some reason my #2 a/c will not work after visit to your shop. I have not tried to trouble shoot it as of yet.

The staff at General RV are very friendly and helpful and a joy to deal with. The only portion of my experience that was a little bumpy was dealing with the bank. But I would not hesitate to tell anyone of my friends or family about General RV and would encourage them to do business with your company.

We went through 3 ice makers this winter that didn't work right out of the box. The 4th one, delivered by General RV, is working just fine, the price was in line with the others and it arrived in a timely fashion.
