I was locked out of my apartment and I called the Lock Doctor multiple times last night (1:30 AM, 2 AM, 2:30 AM, & 3 AM) and I left voicemails with my name number and time I called. I NEVER received a call back. Not one. I even called at 3 PM to ask why I was never called back. The guy said, “sorry, we aren't available 24 x7 anymore.” I asked why they didn't update their hours and your voicemail and didn't really get an answer. I then asked what time they start working in the morning and he said 7 AM. I said that if you start at 7 AM, why didn't I receive a call back? They didn't even check their voicemails. If you’re not 24 x7 then update your hours and voicemail. Then at least have the decency to call back potential clients that do leave a voicemail when you start your day! Very poor service and unprofessional! Do NOT use their services
