I love using my new Brio massage chair before going to bed. My favorite session is Meditate, especially after a busy day in the office and evening work out at the gym. The remote is simple and easy to use. Love my new Brio!

I have been in the market for a massage chair as a gift for my wife for several months now. I can tell you that trying to do research on these types of products is nearly impossible. The price ranges are wide, I have never heard of any of the manufacturers, and trying to separate credible information from the muck is really difficult. It is for this reason that I settled on WBMC. They claim to do the work for you, and I have found that to be the case in my experience. Working with Ron was fantastic! He did not seem interested in up-selling me, rather, he told me that I should concentrate on selecting the chair that is right for my wife. He took the time to answer my questions, and made the purchasing process very easy. Ultimately, we choose the Brio chair by Positive Posture (one of the more inexpensive models offered), and have been very happy with the purchase. The product is fantastic and the price seemed to be fair and consistent with the market. My only complaint was the delivery time. It took nearly a week and a half to receive my new chair. When purchasing a $5,000 I would have hoped to receive it in less than a week. Regardless, I would highly recommend talking these guys as part of your careful research when considering what to purchase.

After searching far and wide for a massage chair, I decided to call the website and I spoke with Dr. Ron. He was able to educate me on how to pick the right chair for me and my needs. He recommended that I try the Brio and I could not be more happy with my purchase! Definitely recommend!

I bought a Dreamwave massage chair for my parents who are in their 70s. My mom enjoys the arm massage since she has issues with her biceps, and my dad swears that the programmed massage sessions have improved his golf swing! Very satisfied.

I purchased the Panasonic MA70 in brown. To say I was surprised at how good it is would be an understatement. The different massage options - (deep, shiatsu, etc), variable intensity levels, voice instructions and the ability to focus on individual body parts made this particular chair a definite winner in my book. But the most important thing: I feel better after sitting in the chair. My back is looser, my forearms feel more relaxed and my calves feel young again. Well done.

I never thought I’d find a chair that could actually get rid of my knots! The Panasonic EP-MA73 is AMAZING!!! When we began our search for a massage chair, I only anticipated a relaxing, soothing, daily massage. Since I prefer deep tissue and my spouse prefers a light relaxing touch. I was resigned to the fact I’d still need to visit my masseuse monthly to take care of the deep tension I carry in my shoulders. However, my new chair has actually taken the place of my masseuse! Thanks to WBMC’s excellent customer service, I was able to find a chair that offered both high intensity for me and a lower intensity for my spouse. I was blown away by the service; I spoke at length to a REAL person, he asked lots of questions and ultimately recommended the perfect chair for us! Thank you!!!!

I LOVE my Panasonic MA73! It took a little getting used to at first, as the massage is stronger than other chairs I have tried, but now that I have been using it regularly I look forward to the detailed massage at the end of every work day! Panasonic is such a well known and valued brand, so I was fully confident that this would be a worthwhile investment in my overall health. It is even better for my back than my hot-tub! Forget "Calgon Take Me Away" (old throwback reference), I just sit in my new Panasonic Massage Chair and I am transported to a relaxed state of mind, and experience a wonderful full body massage! My only issue was that I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. Not the end of the world, but when you make such an exciting purchase you want the experience to begin immediately! Thank you World's Best Massage Chairs!
