The technician Russell wouldn't let me leave the shop without showing me first the performance after the repair. He did a fabulous job removing all the viruses off both devices. I see no more popups. Both laptops are running perfect now. Good Job!

I'm just going to be honest. I will only take my computers to this company. They are pleasant to do business with and really looked out for me in the pass yes!, they give 100% in fixing any issues or problems. I've tried other shops, I just wasn't impressed like I am with 1 PIT STOP LAPTOPS. Bump! Bump! ----5 STARS--- Isn't enough. Luv this company.

Excellent technician, Great turn around time to. My laptop was done within 3 hours. The technician even gave me a free laptop bag. "GREAT COMPANY".

Total rip off. Sold me junk. Didn't repair anything Robbed me of 2 ipads and $300 cash. I called him the next day and told him of issues I was having. He offered no help. Simply said, they Did work. Now he asks me to leave him a 5 star rating! When i reminded him that he ripped me off he said sorry and blocked me. I tried to patronize black business, but the truth is we are our own worst enemies. All should be blank. ZERO
