i recently had Anthony come out to work on my water heater. From dispatch to job completion this company was great. Anthony was on time and very kind. He didn't over explain yet made sure i understood what to expect and how to report any issues. He made sure to clean up after himself and took his trash with him as well. Great guy, great service.

WOW! what an amazing company. From when I first called in to book an appointment, to the communication leading up to the techs arrival, to the end of getting my plumbing issues resolved. all together outstanding and competitive prices. will highly recommend and use again

Unfortunately, was ripped off by charging $317 for just turning on a valv for my refrigerator water which was not getting provided due to secondary valve been shut off. Felt like a rip off and explained this situation to operations manager who was super rude and was unable to justify this cost. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIR SERVICE DONE BUT CHARGED HEFTY $317 which was told is a minimum even to touch anything. WISH I HAD OPTION FOR ZERO STARS

Replaced our sink faucet. The kitchen flooded next morning! Spoke manager refuse to take responsibility for the poor job they did. Now we have to replace our kitchen hardwood floors.

Called to have main pipe from house to to septic cleared out. First plumber broke the pipe cleaning it out. Arranged pipe replacement and it was replaced. Now the pipe is clogged and water backing up in house. Seeking refund.
