I am a fan of the product and the concepts. Delivery has always been quick and I think the value is good. That said, ,y first purchase was in 2014 and I loved the material but the cut of the collar, but the collar didn’t wear well over time. It developed wrinkles. I ordered more last year (‘19) and the material changed for the worse. The collar construction appears more durable, but they used a darker grey for the collar lining and the cut is off somewhat. The result is the grey is very visible above/behind my tie knot. Still a better product than others, but I am hopeful they will target quality over cost and fix the collar construction.
