Great experience, quality product and quick ship!

Brought a lamp in to be rewired, thought I’d get it back in a few days. However, I had it back in 15 minutes!!! Exceptional customer service! While waiting we browsed through the new store and saw lots of beautiful lights! Definitely will be back!

Jordan is awesome! Prior to our appointment to select the lights for our new patio home, Jordan had toured our home and knew exactly what lights and fans were needed. He helped us select lights close to or within our builders lighting allowance. I selected pendant lights which were discontinued. Jordan was able to secure the pendant lights for me. We are so grateful for his assistance and knowledge.

Sales personnel were knowledgeable and professional. Not a complaint, but to take service the next step up, consider sending a representative to home to discuss options with home owner during construction. While there was a standard lighting package, new home buyers would likely be happy to see other options.
