Very pleased with the crew that helped pack up my storage pod. They did a great job!

They were amazing!! I didn't know what to expect and got more than I imagined. They helped pack our UHaul like a puzzle. Not a space missed. We only hired them for 2 hours as trying to keep our costs at a minimum. But before they left they gave us advise on how to pack the rest of our stuff to make sure it fit. They were fast and professional and I will definite use them again!!

The team was terrific. They were professionals through and through, great job.

On time, efficient, careful, and friendly! What else is there to say :). We were extremely happy with their service unloading our 26' truck into a storage facility, so much so that we will definitely call on them again to move us into our house in January Thank you for making a stressful event so simple and easy!!

Highly recommend Acme Moving Labor they are very professional and handled all of our home furnishings with care. They also do a great job of making sure they don't bump walls or scratch floors.

I read many, many reviews for Acme before booking but nothing written in the 100+ reviews I read prepared me for the amazing people who showed up to help me through a very rough moving situation. I would equate Kedric to a moving priest (best analogy and I'm not even catholic). The emotional support I received prior to my move was comforting and much needed. I was short notice, I was in a difficult move situation and no clue how much stuff I was really taking due to splitting of household, etc. and knew that there was no way for me to be done packing before they arrived and therefore would need packing help in addition. Kedric patiently spent time on the phone addressing my worries and giving advice and suggestions that I am 100% grateful that I obeyed as he was perfectly correct on each. He brought a crew of 3 (included himself) and they were cheerful and helpful at all times, yet redirected me to the "next thing" they needed from me when they saw me struggling with what to do next or saw me becoming overwhelmed. They were extraordinarily careful with my belongings, worked harder than anything I have ever seen for 8 hours straight and only a 20 min run for lunch. I never felt judged for what can only be described as my own personal episode of hoarders. I had 1/2 a semi full of stuff that was only 15% packed when they arrived and when I began do doubt we could make the deadline of truck pickup was assured that it would all be taken care of, and it was. The load was meticulous and the most efficient use of space I have ever seen. Even the truck driver who came to pick up the van commented that it was one of the best load examples he had seen. Amazing. I can only hope the crew I find to unload is half as good as they guys were. And for me, the greatest part of the experience was watching HOW they worked together. It can be said that all professional moving experiences should execute as perfectly; but we all know they don't. And the reason is most crews often lack a few crucial elements: 1) Leadership. It was like watching an episode of Hells Kitchen with a kinder version of Gordon Ramsey. Kedric always called out to his crew to check in with them, confirmed their tasks or redirected when necessary while actively participating in all activities. He was tough when necessary but also instructive to the younger crew about how and why to deploy certain techniques for certain types of items without slowing anything down. He was committed to sharing his knowledge and developing the team at all times. 2) Respect. The entire crew was always respectful to each other even when things didn't go perfectly. When strong redirection or urgent instruction was given there or a loud voice it never sounded reproachful, always instructional and if anyone was every flustered or irritated with each other, it didn't show. 3) Communication. Everyone talked to each other at all times to make sure they were on the same page, check in on each other, make sure they all knew not only what each of them were doing now as not to overlap or get in each other way, but what each was going to next so they could best pave the road for each others next task. And while never stopping or missing a beat on their own tasks, they rolled me right into their call and response communication style checking in on me, asking questions when necessary, making sure I knew what would be the best use of my time to support their next task. All 3 of them also seemed to understand that I was struggling and checked in on me and encouraged me at all times. 4) Integrity. The entire crew worked tirelessly always putting the needs of each other and me above their own. They all embodied elements at different stages of development of: strong character, a sense of duty to give their best effort toward the job, initiative to always be seeking something to do if there was a lull if they weren't involved in a task at the moment, extreme conscientiousness about my belongings as if they were their own , organization skills at least several steps ahead of what they were doing at all times, and each member of the crew was very thorough checking and re-checking their work while remaining cheerfully flexible if I threw in a monkey wrench here and there. I would recommend Acme Moving Labor to anyone for jobs large or small. On one of the most stressful days I have ever had, watching how they worked was memorable and true to their word, everything got done and I am on my way.

Answered my questions before the move several times; Were flexible with changing times; arrived when they said they would and worked really hard the entire time. Personable and pleasant to work with. Obviously experienced. (I had a piano, a glass front buffet, and lots of spindly tables and chairs.) Only thing I would have done differently is get more blankets and straps when it looked like we might need more. Instead, they improvised. Everything through the move without any problem. I would definitely recommend this father and son duo for anyone.

The best money river spent. These guys were fantastic.
