Verified
Caretakers were generally of high value and dependable. Many of them provided valuable companionship to my mom, in addition to making sure she's safe, and Alliance did a nice job identifying French-speaking caretakers. Our overall coordinator, Audrey, went beyond the call in setting everything up when my mom returned home after her injury. Not sure what we would have done without her.
