I own a small hotel and needed to replace several PTAC units. I called American HVAC and they were able to schedule the installation at a time that was convenient for us. The technicians were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The units have been working great since the installation and we've received positive feedback from our guests. Josh, our sales rep, was professional and knowledgeable. Not many companies can deliver good old-fashioned proper customer service. They don't try to sell you, they give you what you need. Sam our installation tech was the wizard of HVAC, he did our most recent installation of our HVAC. American HVAC is the local company you can trust.
