The staff is so friendly and warm, as well the environment. Dr. Hale was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend her, and the practice as a whole, to anyone seeking a dermatologist.

This place is awesome. First of all, does NOT look like your typical doctor's office at all--all white furniture, some funky rugs, and chandeliers--it was very eye-appealing and welcoming. Both the secretary and my doctor were extremely quick and efficient with my appointment, super friendly and did their best to get anything they could under my insurance and gave me several free samples! Was 100% satisfied with my experience here! Highly recommend!

Definitely the best experience I have had in any Doctor's office not just dermatology. The time Dr. Hale invested to not only treat me but to provide a full assessment of my dermatology needs was extremely refreshing and appreciated. Her questions were insightful and and educational. I came away an extremely pleased and more knowledgeable patient. Azeal is amazing!

I called needing to see a dermatologist as soon as possible for a painful cold sore - an hour later I was in the office, being greeted by the most cheerful receptionist. After filling out the required paperwork, I got to meet Dr. Pilkington. There was no wait time whatsoever! Dr. Pilkington was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her. She was thorough, competent and professional. She took the time to explain everything to me in terms that were very understandable and she paid attention to the details, offering suggestions and options along the way. I felt Dr. Pilkington genuinely loves her job and I would recommend the Azeal Dermatology Institute without reservation! The attention and professionalism they provide their clients is unsurpassed.

By far the most professional, clean, superior spa I have ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and both doctors are on site to answer any questions if necessary! This is the only place to go for all of your skin and skin care needs! You will be seeing much more of me! Thank You for everything!!!!

Such a great experience! Jamie is amazing! I walked in feeling unconfident with my acne and left with hope. She knows exactly what she is talking about and gives great treatment plans to follow. From her smile when she walking into the room to her bubbly personality, you can really tell how much she enjoys her job and working with people. She even wrote down the treatment plan step by step so I wouldn't forget what do. I have been trying to find someone like Jamie for years and have had no such luck until now. She truly is unique.
