The guys at Bay Area Express were awesome! Randy in reservation depts. is the man. They called with their arrival window the morning of the move and came right on time and before I knew it I was moved! they gathered everything together and we were out of the house in under an hour. All of my things were carried up a flight of stairs to the new place Everything was carefully carried and placed, nothing was broken or dented during the move. Everyone was so friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!

Great move went from Daly City to Reno. The Guys were on time and very careful with my China. Would've liked to save a little bit more on the move but that's just cause I'm stingy like that Hahaha. But overall great working with these guys.

I do moves twice a year , due to work. Our usual movers were unable to make the move this time. So I went out on a limb. Booy was this a great choice. Guy are on point and will be using them from now on.

This was a good move in general. I'm a bit picky with things but the guys took my last-minute suggestions with a grain of salt. Would definitely use them if another move arises.

Bay Area Express is a first class operation. We had a very complicated situation and Jeff and his team did everything and more to accommodate us. Not to mention the movers were very efficient, yet careful, and very professional. We also really appreciated that the pricing was very transparent and the whole process came as advertised. We lucked out finding Bay Area Express Moving and highly recommend them

After booking almost 3 weeks or so in advance, these guys failed to show up on the day of the move. Their excuse -- Our truck had a accident--- wouldn't you believe that? Suuuurrreee.. This was just the beginning guys ... read on further... When I had booked, someone called Randy told me that since my move was less than 250 miles the delivery date was going to be within a day or two of my desired delivery date. He also asked us to get the pickup 1 week early so that its easier for them. But on our desired delivery date we kept calling and they were like --- oh deliveries can happen in 8-10 days from today. Then my wife had to really plead with them to have our stuff delivered after 3-4 days that too cuz we wont be available after that to take delivery. They were in no rush to deliver. Now the best part... these guys are just straight up thieves. These guys are a moving company but they steal and vandalize stuff. Caught on my camera they stole a lot of my stuff during the move amounting to more than $3000. Due to my installed cameras I was able to catch one item that they stole. It was a electronic item that was installed on my TV. While picking up moving boxes, they helped themselves and unhooked it from my TV (I have a TV in my Garage) and took it with them.
