The movers were kind and handled my items carefully. I noticed that accidentally one of the workers scratched one of my chairs, they told me that insurance would take care of it and they did! that made me feel I was dealing with a reliable company, which is very important for me.

These guys did a great job. They put special attention to details and surprised me with their great work. There was only a small issue with the truck which arrived 20 mins later than expected but they made it up for me working really quickly. This company made what could be a difficult move a simple one, thank you guys for helping me out!

Lost a $1200.00 generator and they made me feel like I was pulling something!! Broke pictures. Gave me someone elses belongings and didnt take back!!

The worst worst worst company I have ever come across, guys please don’t EVER take this company as your moving company, once you pay money it’s gone it’s a FAKE company nobody reaches your email your phone calls.I have all my stuffs with them it’s gone I keep sending emails keep calling no body responding. I am gonna make a FIR against this company… please don’t do mistakes as I did.

The guys at Bay Area Express were awesome! Randy in reservation depts is the man. They called with their arrival window the morning of the move and came right on time and before I knew it I was moved! Everything was pretty much packed up when they arrived and they gathered everything together and we were out of the house in under an hour. All of my things were carried up a flight of stairs to the new place lickety-split! Everything was carefully carried and placed, nothing was broken or dented during the move. Everyone was so friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with the Bay Area Express Moving. They were extremely professional and hardworking. I moved my 3 bedrooms, two-story house with them and they got the job done quicker than anticipated. The owner gave me a great deal and was extremely helpful. I have used several moving companies and they are the best by far. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Best moving experience I've ever had. Archie, Alex, and Tim showed up on time and got to work right away. They worked fast but did not skimp on quality. I could sense that they were trying to move as quickly and, equally as important, as GENTLY as possible to get everything from point A to point B quick, safe, and easy. They even let me keep some of my stuff in their wardrobe boxes and shrink wrap while my house gets remodeled.. 5 stars. Thanks again guys. In short, super professional, quick, and fair pricing. Will highly recommend to everyone!

They were great from beginning to end! Especially, Amy and Joe, they work so hard and diligently to make sure that my moving experience was easy! I moved from San Francisco to Olympia, WA which is close to 2000 miles and they made it feel like it was an in-state move! If there were 10 stars I could give them, I would. I highly recommend Bay Area Express Moving if you are looking to do a move.

Highly recommend- great experience with Bay Area Express Moving for our long-distance move. From the in-person estimate, to scheduling with the main office, and the moving team for delivery and drop-off- company exceeded expectations and did a great job. Would use them again for future moves.

Justin and Jeremiah were polite, professional, and efficient. They made suggestions where appropriate but also executed the job the way I wanted it done. They never stopped moving, but they were also very careful with the way they handled and packed our things. When we move into our new place I will be asking for them specifically. Bay Area Express Moving should be very proud to have them as part of the organization.
