I localy purchased 2 Falken tires for my Dodge Durango, they were very difficult to find 31 X 10.50 X 15 most places do not stock a lot of 15 inch wheels for SUV with all the modern 18-22 rims out there....No one localy had the other two matching tires in stock for me, they could order them in but at a cost and timeline that didnt fit my needs. I figured if im going to have to order them i will try a different avenue. BBWheelsOnline had the tires in stock, they also financed me and shipped them to my door within a few days of ordering them, I have another vehicle when i pay these off, im going to be buying a full set from here, great prices and fast shipping. If only they mounted and balanced lol it took 4 days to fins a shop with the time to do this for me.

I messed up and ordered the wrong rim one night online when they were closed. Once I realized that I messed up I called the next day to try to cancel the order. Luckily they were able to stop the shippment from the warehouse before they shipped it. Because they wouldn't have stopped it then I would have had to wait for it to be delivered then go through the hassle of paying to get it returned and paying a restocking fee. which would've sucked!

BB to my experience has great deals on items I need. The wheels I bought from the looked better in person than in the pictures and BB gave me many choices to find the offsets I needed. They are great to work with and the only reason they got 4 in timeliness is most of my orders are done after hours and it takes a little longer for them in this issue but I will always check with them first before I buy wheels or tires.

Hands down the best online wheel store I have ever dealt with. I ran into an issue with my wheels fitting. Unsure what to do since I had already mounted the tires, I contacted Austin at BB Wheels. Looking at the specs on the manufacture's website there shouldn't have been a problem. However, their specs weren't exactly correct. At this point BB Wheels could have said sorry about your luck and the misinformation. BUT THEY DIDN'T! Austin worked with me and the manufacture to get everything sorted out. Talk about going above and beyond, Austin did! In the end Austin came up with a solution for me at no additional cost and allowing me to use the wheels. If I could give 6 stars instead of just 5 I would. Thanks again BB Wheels, you have earned a lifelong customer.
