Benjamin Chaise and Associates helped me clear my debt! People should understand that debt collectors have a hard job... but they're just there to help their employer/customer and the person on the phone. Debt is the worst stress, but knowing that it'll get paid off and they'll be there to help... a huge relief!

Highly recommend them to be your debt collection agency. I have used them for years and am very happy with the returns I get. They are the only collection agency I have had any luck with, and I had tried quite a few before finding them. I love to work with them too.

He was one of the most courteous and professional people I've ever worked with. So far, my experience has been as good as it can get with a debt collector.

Having worked with a collection agency, I've never had any issues with them. I spoke to a representative on the phone and got my small past-due water bill paid in full over the phone. They provided a statement via email at my request. Very professional and timely.
