Great collections company! Very reputable and professional. I've been using them for a few years now, and they are easily the best company I've used for this service. Most agencies give up on difficult cases and write them off for you, whereas these guys put the time and effort into it. In some cases, they might find complications that result in a delay in the payments, but nothing to be worried about.

First time using a collection agency, and I found the best one, Benjamin Chaise and Associates. I had an overdue invoice and large outstanding debt to collect from one customer (over 15K). Contact BCA. The setup was quick, 2min online registration. They collected the outstanding debt in 5 days. AMAZING!!!

Never in my life have I had a pleasant experience with a debt collector, nor did I think it possible. I spoke with them; they were warm and kind and spoke to me respectfully. Nobody ever wants to get into a situation where they end up in collections. Life is hard enough, so I appreciate the professionalism and warmth I was given when setting up an arrangement to handle my issues.

Sometimes you meet someone in your life that make a positive experience out of a bad situation. The manager of BCA is such a person; he goes to bat for you to help remedy such a situation and speaks to you with respect and understanding. With employees like him, the agency certainly knows how to hire people.
