I had a debt with a student housing apartment, and they worked with me to settle the debt and have it removed from my credit professionally and courteously. They even understood when I could not pay at our first agreed-upon date. I appreciate their help in helping me get my account resolved.

Let’s face it; no one wants to deal with a collection agency. For whatever reason, things happen, and bills end up going to them sometimes. The representative I spoke with was very understanding and professional. I would undoubtedly give them high marks as far as their training and empathy go. I hope I can avoid having anything else go to collections, but I hope they handle it if I mess up again.

Great partnership! I have been dealing with Benjamin Chaise Recovery services for about a year now, and they are experienced and professional. They are good at what they do! We have placed quite a few accounts with them that other agencies were not successful, and BCR could close these claims by getting the funds. Happy to have them as a partner!

I never thought I'd review a debt collection agency! I received a voicemail from them, and after a quick google search, I found them to be legit, and I did have a minor medical bill I had overlooked. They were very professional and gave me options right away, including a number to call if I needed to reverse the payment I made today. I read their mission statement, and they did a great job upholding that.

I’m so impressed with the professionalism of this company. I had the sweetest “bill collector. “ I had a small outstanding medical bill that I had mistakenly not paid. She understood the matter and did her job in the most friendly, personable, and professional way. I appreciate that this company hires people who know the meaning of customer service.

I was extremely stressed out with a past due Judgment. I called Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services, and they walked me through the process. The case was complicated and complex. In the end, it got me paid $100,000 PLUS all the interest. I am thankful for all of the information that I learned along the way

Great business. I paid my car off in full, never missed a payment, and was never late; my account was sold by a company that was supposed to give me some benefits, but in the end, they robbed me with the interest. Thanks to BCR, I made a payment in full and got my title to my car.

I know you are a collection agency, and I don't seem to have much money to spare, so it is easy to disregard paying. However, you were politely persistent and encouraging. Add to that, you offered a reasonable payment plan, so I appreciate that as well. Not sure if this will be reported as a paid debt, but either way, it is settled. Thanks for helping me deliver a debt I owed. It was an encouraging experience instead of a demeaning one. Keep up the professional work.
